Welcome to Healthy Soy Cooking

Allow me to inspire you to cook beautiful healthy soy cuisine. Everything we create will be based on something soy - tofu, edamame, soymilk, okara and so on.
We'll use minimal oil and sugar but don't worry, all the dishes will taste great!
I would love to share these amazingly versatile soy dishes with you.
The classes are hands on and intimate. A maximum of five ( for Japanese ) eight ( for tofusion ) students means you'll get as much one-on-one interaction and support as you need.
We'll have a full sit-down meal together and when we're done you'll be confident to take your newfound skills and techniques home to impress and nurture your friends and family. Let's relax and enjoy healthy soy cooking together!
