anniversary special 20% OFF $ 95 The Japanese Cooking workshops are designed to teach you how to cook beautiful traditional and modern Japanese soy dishes while also allowing you to experience a taste of the Japanese lifestyle. We will be preparing 9 dishes from soybeans, including fresh and delicious tofu. We will use unique Japanese tableware to enjoy an absolute genuine Japanese culinary experience. These classes are intimate, 'hands on' and include a full Japanese meal with complimentary sake tasting. All you need to do is bring yourself and an apron as everything is provided for you on the day. All copy of recipe will be provided. You will also take home a sample of okara to make the trendy okara sweets at home straight away! to teach you how to cook tofu dishes in an easy, tasty and beautiful
way. Even tofu-sceptics will be amazed by the versatility of tofu to
be used in a range of healthy and tasty cuisines. We will prepare four

Private Classes Healthy Soy Cooking would be happy to offer private cooking classes at your request.If you can bring 4 people ( for Japanese ), 6 people ( for tofusion ) we can hold the class just for you any day and time you wish with the same price. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be delighted to hold a class just for you, your friends and family. Fees One day Japanese cooking workshops are $120 . The price includes tuition, full lunch (9dishes) with complimentary sake tasting, 100g okara to take home and a copy of the recipes. One day Tofusion cooking workishops are $85. The price includes tuition, full lunch (6dishes) with a glass of complimentary wine tasting, 200g okara to take home and a copy of the recipes.
