4-hour workshop

Hands on sushi making workshop. We'll enjoy various sushi with miso soup.
we'll have Japnese organic tea (sencya and kukicya)

Maki zushi

We will do thin roll ( hoso maki ), midium roll (cyu maki) and inside out roll ( uramaki )

Nigiri

We'll make nigiri, including gun-kan style

Thin roll ( hoso maki )
細巻き

Thin roll looks very simple and easy but it is said to be most difficult. Let's learn very basic thin roll technique

Thai salad roll/タイ風マリネ豆腐と生野菜

Marinade tofu with sweet chill, lime juice and soy. Roll the marinade thai tofu with fresh vegies such as capcicum, snow pea, cucmber and carrot

Maybe seafood? abalone?

We will use king oyster mushroom to enjoy seafood like texture

Inside out roll (ura maki )
裏巻き

Avocado, cucumber, carrot, sun dried tomato roll with fish roe look like

we will use amaranth* to make fake fish roe

Corn salad roll with spinach, capcicum

Roll the rice with silver beet and capcicum.
